You’ve probably seen countless health shows on direct TV touting the beneficial effects of water and you know by now that you should be drinking at least 64 oz. a day. But the hardest part is actually DRINKING all that water so we’ve got a few tips to help you meet your daily goal.
Wake and Chug: One of the easiest ways we’ve found to get that first 16oz. down is to drink it first thing in the morning. You won’t even notice it going down you’ll be so tired and you’ll start off the day ahead of the game.
Add some Flavor: If water’s just too bland for you to drink a lot of it, add some flavor! Get lemons and limes or even powders like Crystal Light and if you really want to spice things up, look into seltzer.
Keep a Container: Particularly if you work at a desk, keep a large container of water near you at all times. Set mini-goals for drinking (i.e. one container by lunch) and watch yourself succeed on a daily basis.
